IMA services during the COVID-19 outbreak
COVID-19 related issues in priority.
Issues related to COVID-19 are considered highest priority within the IMA during these difficult times. The IMA is under heavy load because of the outbreak and stakeholders can expect delays in applications and issues not related to COVID-19.
If a stakeholder has an application or issue related to COVID-19, we request that it is clearly stated in the email subject field when sent to [email protected] to help us ensure proper prioritization.
