Detailed information can be found on our website, and in many cases, it is possible to get an answer to simple inquiries through the online chat, open every workday between 9:00 and 15:00. The staff of the IMA responds directly to the online chat.

    Requests for phone calls are handled on all workdays between 9:00-10:00 and 14:00-15:00. Priority is given to call requests from stakeholders involved in the development, registration, importation, and distribution of medicines or medical devices, pharmacy staff, healthcare professionals, veterinarians, and similar stakeholders.

    All requests for phone calls are prioritized, and some issues may be responded to in writing if they are of such nature.
